International Links

Welcome to the international links page
The International Dimension
Through the inclusion of an international focus in St.Richard’s Catholic Primary School, we are able to offer to our children, a range of experiences that will enhance their learning and raise awareness of their local, national and international identity. An international dimension
means that we can provide children and staff with a wider variety of experiences both
within, and in addition to the National Curriculum. We have developed strong links with our
partner schools in France, Kenya, Italy and Malta. We encourage questioning about what is happening in the world and why it is happening and we have developed cross-curricular activities with an international theme for all children .

We were very proud to have been awarded the full International Schools Award in 2010 in recognition of our hard work in this area.
